Why do desis want to work lo mule and do goddu chakiri and project as hard working.

it becomes toxic for others when sefl boasting.

is it common across other companies as well?

common where there are self centered idiots who do not have any sort of personal or social life...

I look down on people boasting about working off hours or on weekends 

man , they need to get a life

anyway , sooner or later they will burn out and feel the pain..

desi managers dont consider work-life balance as something they need to think about

it is only when their life sucked up, they understand it, chance of finding such managers is very low

Desi managers does not know basics of management.

 

Instead of focusing on the goals of the team, they focus on their individual goals.

When individual agenda takes precendence, It negates the whole point of being a "manager".  Managers never have individual goals period. Their goals are team goals.

As long as team goals are met, they should not push resource too much.

Atleast if they push for the sake of team goals. His subordinates wont disrespect him.

Bro not every body wants to grow up or climb ladder . Some just want to work just to pay bills and end needs and not all are passionate and we cannot expect others to be on same level right?
