So, Insurance  +HOA + Water , Electricity , Gas ( Typically, this will be double or three times, you would pay in rented apartment) + any plumbing/appliance costs( if not new house)

maa area lo county imposes their home ownership taxes. school districts malla different untai.

township imposes fire services tax, garbage fee, waste water free.

Lawn pesticide removal ki okadu.

lawn mow nene chesukunta but spend hundreds on mower and trimmer - not to mention hours of tough work.

occasional deep house cleaning ki maids.

And then so much chettha to fill up house - potted plants, flower plants, wall paintings, beds and desks in every room including some rarely used.

Em complete?? Adi just for some part of  maintenance … migithavi inkoka extra 800-1000 aythay . Easily monthly maintenance is close to $1500 

On top utilities and other expenses untay !
