You can’t get Dubai visiting visa unless u have 6 months usa visa.

I heard one friend who had similar issue had success by going to Singapore and got the stamping and got back to usa

Indians ki visa on arrival.

Two weeks stay plan chesukondi.

Cons:

Once you change in cgifederal portal and pay fees in that local currency, India lo bulk spots open ayina you cannot revert back
