Naa Ech one approved but wife's Ech four not approved. What are the options to extend the I94 validity.. 

Please suggest some alternatives.

If she has little more h4 validity of I94

You can try automatic revalidation to Mexico by using ur 797 and request extension many people had success

First answer mee wife ki inka koncham 94  validity unda?? Why I am asking is to lower the risk if that is the case

Both go out and come in automatic revalidation at the time of entry show your 797 and request validity for your wife till your 797 end date

Make it a purposeful trip bro like vacation to can cun for 3 nights etc
