Nah, she had done rhinoplasty at chennai plastic surgery hospital ... It is clearly visible... every actress undergoes some cosmetic procedures to look great, everyone is not natural,no need to put down other actress who has represented india on international platform to give hype to your favourite... Pls stop comparing every one is unique in their own way

even aishwarya is not natural which is very clear she has undergone lip and many cosmetic surgeries, i consider trisha far more beautiful than aish , i am not the one to compare them first just stated my opinion

Aishwarya has done botox and fillers not cosmetic surgery and trisha has been done rhinoplasty, so what bro... It doesn't mean they both are not natural beauties.. u consider trisha more beautiful and I consider Aishwarya more beautiful, beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. Trisha and Aishwarya both were friends and co-stars, opinion must be constructive, not comparing bro... Both are beautiful in their own ways...
