Long term there is always growth don't put everything but you can start nibbling... yes ideal to wait after the mid terms but nobody can time the bottom accuratley I think MSFT/Googl  are good technology stock to put in some money not today but soon

 

And INTC is good at 27$ it has almost 6% dividend which will have very good returns in future they are starting their own shop like foxconn to manufacture chips for other companies
