I think we will be in recession + job losses but not every sector will effect hugely , few companies foresee economic picture and piled up cash and prepared for worst but still gdp and economy will constraine in short term will effect everyone .

we are in recession not will be, as I said the difference is the job market as companies were hoping for a soft landing don't think they adjusted much, now that is clearly gone with fed moving aggressively by the day. so going forward they may decide to lay off more which will be very ugly when it hits.

Learning:

Next time making sure to book profits 

Dont fight the FED

Dont buy a stock on a downtrend even its in 52 week low price

Dont buy penny stocks

dont feel FOMO

patience is the biggest key
