* Hands-on experience with large distributed database systems
* Ability to construct complex SQL statements
* Exceptional understanding of client-server architecture
* Experience in GUI design/presentation of data to end users a plus
* Knowledge of how to document program design, coding, and maintenance
* Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems
* Uses some independent judgment to identify problems and recommend solutions
* Demonstrate client interaction with effective interpersonal and written communication.
