few idiots do not define overall population

general ga andhra lo village background vallaki open mind koddiga undadu due to lack of opportunity dealing with multiple cultures, few people correct them as they progress, there are many who continue in the same ecosystem wherever they go, these are the people who dont have any interest in learning about thing they have not experienced

not just TG festivals, andhra lo rural festivals ni kooda chaala mandi avoid chestaru... earlier Telugu states lo Sankranthi pedda festival. even Kakatiya samrajyam time lo 1 month celebrate chese vaallu. but TG movement time lo Sankranthi andhrolla pandaga, bathukamma mana state festival ani baaga pracharam chesaru. may be anduke kontha mandiki negativity unte undochu, but chi chi memu ivanni celebrate chesukomu anatam too much. naaku interest ledante saripoyedi. Andhra lo chaala mandi poleramma, nancharamma, ankalamma, yellamma, puttlamma, etc. temple fairs kooda avoid chestaru. villages nundi vachinollu kooda vaalla grama devathala gurinchi matladataniki ishtapadaru. may be conversion or western influence valla ayyundochu.

From AP here.. never missed Bathukamma in the last 12-15 years.. didn’t plan upfront either to go every time.. aa time ki evaro okaru remind chestharu, velthaamu.. 

It is true that it is not in the AP culture and many people who didn’t live in Hyderabad don’t even know about it until TRS started publicizing about it before and after it came to power.. it is good that they publicized about this as more people outside of TG came to know about it..
