No interest rate 4.5-5.0 varakuuu pothadhiii max anukuntunna...Mortgage rate 7-8.5% madhyalooo untayiiii for now. Home prices will fall for high end homes. Anything above 800K will be the worst ones to be affected. People cannot afford payments for those houses if they buy today.
