Yendi days kavali ? If it is like 2 weeks then create emergency story and take time off . 
 

2 weeks is too short for them to replace you . If it is more than that then take time off with same emergency story but be prepared to loook  new project .

actually I want a new project. They are stressing me too much.

Not at a place where I can handle it. If I think of quitting, half of my problems are gone anipisthundhi.

I need a hybrid or remote position, where I can be around friends and family.

one week wfh adigithe in advance, my manager tied some deliverable to it. Idhi finish chesi vellu ani.

Too much micro management and they want to make use of every dollar they pay me I guess.

I told my employer to find me a different project earlier. Ivala konchem serious theskunnaru. Usually project lo unte they don't market.

But they are asking not to quit till I find another.
