The median salary in Hyderabad should around 4 lakhs , the average salary is probably slightly higher.

So these properties are not for average salaries class. It's either the NRI earners or the usual corrupt politician , bueracrats funneling their black money into real estate

Not all of them are such but someone want’s a US like lifestyle you get it there..Most of these were sold as 2-4cr properties when sold 5 years ago, these areas soon became the center of business districts - prime office space is being around them, land became increasingly valuable, almost like 2-3lakh/yard for raw piece of land sold in government auction. People are paying for the land cost - 400 sq yards is 8 crores just by that equation
