Before 3 yrs am having Zero plans to Buy home 

2021-Aug decide to buy home .with in 8 months .lost 3 Homes with good Rates ..One is literally increased 70k in 8 months of time 

After 8 months i brought home with in my range and increased 50 k as of now.. in this trend also 

 My opinion is buying at this time  is no use ..
