Ethihad bagage india to US doubt

Will ethihad allow carryon and person laptop bag as well ? If yes is there a weight limit for laptop bag?

Etihad won’t allow separate laptop bag while traveling from India to USA. It has to be part of cabin bag and they check cabin bag weight.

They allow laptop bag but it's won't like mana backpack lantidi 

They allowed these kind of bags only based on my previous experience in last month aug
