Need suggestion

My brother in law 45 year old 

he wants to come to US , he is working as a senior SAP consultant in Bangalore 

My sister saying they want to settle down in US 

I don’t like the idea but when I told them US is not great they felt offended

 

his H1 got picked and he wants to come here and join in his friends company 

the have 12 and 10 year old kid I am not happy about them relocating 

My sister was a soft ware engineer was earning high salary when she got married but he didn’t allow her to work and she is stay at home mom  , her colleagues are earning in upper 50 lak package currently 

 

I feel bad that they will struggle , I am in a position to help them May be buy a house and let them stay rent free until they settle down but I don’t personally feel they should come here and struggle at this age

If he is a manager in india company is there a possibility to come through that he can apply eb1 ?

Normal ga aithe kids age out avutaru because of gc backlog at 21 years again they have to come to f1 visa and all that crap , plus direct ga middle school vasthe valaki kodiga time padthadi adjustment ki , mee sister work cheyalana he has to get 140 approved then h4 eadlong shot 

If you buy a house and help them that should be little helpful 👍 glad still family members are helping each other

I was in similar situation where my cousins earn 4L net per month and wanted to move to US. Initially vaddu ante thy too offended. Slow ga explain chesa issue is not abt them migrating to us but with kids future and situation after few yrs.

Thy wanted to take a chance by showing their h1 colleagues as examples nothing much we can do but supporting them when n where needed..

You cannot control what they want to do.. only explain pros and cons… kids age gurinchi explain cheyyi… I doubt they didn’t think this through.. 

some people wait for on-site opportunities for too long.. may be he wants to have that experience too.. I have friends who are desperate about going on-site and work there and see places..

also , who knows , in a few years time , may be your brother in law will be more successful than you
