true...akkada only couple of suburbs are good ani vinna. Franklin ani oka suburb...already peaked and $1million kuda touched houses...lots of desi's already janda paathesaaru. Now ppl are moving 20 - 25miles far from Franklin where school dist is good...I think its called Springhill, akkada kuda 700K+ unnai houses...and nearest desi restuarants/stores kosam Franklin varaku vellali anta.

Look for Houston or San Antonio.. They comparatively cheaper than Dallas and Austin.. 
If you have options other than TX, look out for NC or even Atlanta or Phoenix.. Better cities on Sun Belt to escape too many desis. 😆
