Travel to India ( Fully vaccinated , do we need RT PCR )

Hi my  in laws are traveling to India next week 

should we get a RT PCR test before travel is it necessary ? 

they are fully vaccinated the air suvidha form says either vaccination status or RT PCR

No need to test as long as you are fully vaccinated. Print air suvidha form and carry vaccination proofs
