Ramzan ki chese Semiya is sun dried, and can be made out of multiple flours, but most preferably All Purpose or Wheat.

Pheni is ghee roasted and made with All purpose floor

in some place they add flavors to both, like vanilla rose etc..kani plain ve baguntai.
