salesforce admin anyone here?

How hard is it for a fresher to get trained and secure a job? as a salesforce admin. 

Please suggest. TIA

Admin alone jobs are gone case. Minimum developer ay undaali. Certifications are a must - admin, dev minimum and one additional certification is required in recent times.

Coming to job market .. last 4-5 months nundi Assam train boarded. Day 1 On-site or hybrid positions unnay and avi kooda client varaki velladam le … competition gattiga undi.  Once the companies come out of hiring freeze etc and multi udyogam batch back to office velthe konni positions open aythay for salesforce. 

Training is easy for admin but just the training won’t help you land in a job. Fresher ki and non IT side nundi kooda you can learn and find a job.

Core java enough for Apex programming. But then LWC( Lightening web component) ani untadi....so daaniki javascript, html, css etc avasaram.... entha level anedi depends on the project but doable.

I would say just go ahead and jump into the market... don't waste much time on training. Certifications are a must so get them done before entering the market. Learn the fundamentals and then support tho manage cheyyachu.
