Most of these companies have mentor program and ur mentor will be ur best bet. Don’t hesitate to ask them right questions.

fb had bootcamp for few weeks where u get to learn lot of things before joining the team. Google has 3 weeks of training before actual work. U should make full use of it.

 

complex technology: u will get used to it with time. Dont worry too much about it.

smart people: thats just ur feeling. Lot of people whom u think smart could be totally dumb but good in pretending. And obviously they have more exp at current company than u in current company and that may make u feel that way.
