no one asks for perepherals - both for hygenic reasons (mouse, keyboard etc) and for shipping and handling of monitors is not easy. 

what about shipping box for monitor? shipping cost? after all that, it is not worth it.

That's what I am saying - for them paying for return shipping for peripherals doesn't make sense ... They usually order them with free shipping from vendors ... Where do they keep and track all the monitors ? 

Even before COVID we had tonne of monitors lying around - when people for wide screens, all old 21 and 19 inch monitors were just sitting in empty cubes.
