need info/suggestions please....

Hi guys I need some info/suggestion for few my questions..please dont mind but kindly tell me if you know...

1)I have my OPT valid till 2012 Nov..so should i sponser h1 next year(2011) or wait till 2012..the reason I am in dilema becuase OPt is always less risk I mean if u loose ur job also it will be fine u can stay on bench..but h1 u cant..but h1 is like security i mean a proper status and u may never know what stupid rules may come in 2012..so please tell me when is the best time


2)I am planning to go to india in Dec..is there any risk of coming back..i can ask my employer the employee letter and also travel i-20 ..so will that be fine and safe for me to come back to u.s without any problems..or is it not safe to go now..i mean did anyone of ur frinds on opt who went to india had hard time coming back?

if u r in opt -- u can save money by paying less taxes .. inka India ki velthunna antunnaav Dec lo .. adhe H1b osthe u have to get ur visa stamped ..

if I were u .. i wud apply for h1b next year
