After the menacing Corona wave that inundated the entire world with health and economic crises, it is the recession wave that has started to rise. 

There are some indications here. Already the world renowned companies are laying off their employees silently. 

Bloomberg News reported that Intel Corp is planning a major reduction in headcount which may be around 25000. But the Intel Corp is tight lipped on this news which indicates the veracity in it.

When probed into the layoffs happening heralding a fearful recession, it is revealed that Meta (Facebook) is silently sending off many of their employees to home while Google has recently warned of job cuts, preparing the minds of its employees. 

This is the indication of a huge recession wave which may conquer the world in the next few months. 

In fact, as a butterfly effect the impact of recession will be felt all over the world. Though RBI claimed that there would be no impact of recession on India sometime ago, the employees losing their jobs in top MNCs will surely impact the housing market and other related businesses. The governments should find ways to combat the situation. 

The individuals should be aware of this peril and prepare for the impact. Everything comes and goes, but we may not know how long the impact of recession would be in the world this time.

ప్రపంచాన్ని ఆర్ధికమాధ్యం కుదిపేయబోతోందని గత కొన్నాళ్లుగా ప్రచారమవుతూనే ఉంది. అయితే దానిమీద సాధికారత ఉన్నవాళ్లు చెప్పినప్పుడు ఆ ప్రచారానికి మరింత విలువ దక్కుతుంది. ఈ రోజు అదే జరిగింది. జేపీ మోర్గన్ సీయీవో జామీ డైమన్ ప్రకారం మరొక 6-9 నెలల్లో అమెరికాని ఆర్ధికమాధ్యం కుదిపేయబోతోంది. దీని ప్రభావం ప్రపంచమంతా ఉండబోతోంది. 

ఈ మాధ్యకాలంలో ఆర్ధికమాంద్యాన్ని 2008-09 ప్రాంతంలో చూసాం. అమెరికాలో ఎందరో ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోయారు. ఎన్నో కుటంబాలు ఆర్ధికవనరులు లేక దిక్కులేని చూపులు చూసాయి. కోలుకోవడానికి సమయం పట్టింది. ఇప్పుడు రాబోయే మాంద్యం ఆ స్థాయిలో ఉంటుందా లేక అంతకంటే ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుందా అనే దాని మీద క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వలేకపోతున్నారు జమీ డైమన్ కూడా. ఇదే ప్రశ్నను అడిగితే అంచనా వేయడం కష్టమని..ఎంతటి దయనీయ పరిస్థితికైనా సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని చెప్పడం జరిగింది. 

2020 లో ప్రపంచాన్ని ముంచిన కరోనా లాక్డౌన్ల కారణంగా అనేక దేశాల ఆర్థికమూలాలు అతలాకుతలమయ్యాయి. ఇప్పటికీ యూరోప్ దేశాలు పవర్ కట్స్ తోటి, కరెన్సీల పతనం తోటి, ఇతర ఆర్థికపరమైన ఇబ్బందుల తోటీ సతమతమవుతున్నాయి. 

అమెరికాలో కరోనా లాక్డౌన్లప్పుడు జరిగింది కాస్త భిన్నంగా ఉంది. ఒక్కసారిగా స్థంభించిపోయిన ఆర్థికవ్యవస్థకు వెంటిలెటర్ పెట్టినట్టుగా అన్ని కంపెనీలకు, వ్యక్తులకు ప్రభుత్వం బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్స్ లోకి నేరుగా డబ్బులు పంపింగ్ చేసేసింది. అది కూడా అలా ఇలా కాదు. ఉదాహరణకి ఒక కంపెనీ ఉందనుకుందాం. ఆ కంపెనీలో 10 మంది పని చేస్తున్నారనుకుందాం. వాళ్లకందరికీ కలిపి నెలసరి జీతం 50000 అనుకుంటే... ప్రభుతం మొత్తం ఏడాదికి లెక్కేసి ఆ కంపెనీ అకౌంట్లోకి 6 లక్షల డాలర్లు వేసేసింది. అంటే ఏ వ్యాపారీ డబ్బుల్లేకుండా లేడు. ఏ ఉద్యోగీ ఉద్యోగం చేయకపోయినా సంపాదించకుండా లేడు. మార్కెట్లో లేని అంతేసి డబ్బు కొత్తగా ముద్రకొట్టి పంచినట్టు పంచితే ద్రవ్యోల్బణం (ఇంఫ్లేషన్) వస్తుంది కదా. అది ప్రాధమిక ఆర్థిక సూత్రం. దాని వల్ల దుష్ఫలితాలు ఎన్నో ఉంటాయి కదా. అయినా అన్నీ తెలిసే అమెరికా ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. దానికి అనేకమైన కారణాలున్నాయి. 

అమెరికా క్యాపిటలిస్టిక్ దేశం. అక్కడ సంపాదించకుండా బతకడం దుస్సాధ్యం. ఇండియాలోగా అడిగినవాడికి అడిగినంత ఊరికే అన్నదానం చేసే సత్రాలు, అలా పెట్టగల వ్యవస్థలు అక్కడ లేవు. జనం చేతిలో డబ్బు లేకపోతే హింస పెచ్చరిల్లవచ్చు. ఇళ్లపై పడి దోచుకునే పరిస్థితి తలెత్తొచ్చు. అప్పుడు కంట్రోల్ చేయడం ప్రభుత్వానికి, పోలీసులకు తలకు మించిన భారమవుతుంది. ఆ అశాంతివల్ల దేశం సమూలంగా దెబ్బతినే ప్రమాదముంటుంది. అసలే గన్ కల్చర్ ఉన్న దేశంలో అలాంటి పరిస్థితులు తలెత్తితే మారణకాండ మధ్య-ఆసియా దేశాల్ని తలపించొచ్చు. అందుకే ద్రవ్యోల్బణానికి భయపడి జనానికి డబ్బు పంచకపోతే అసలుకే మోసం వస్తుందనుకున్న అమెరికా డబ్బు పంచేసింది. 

కరోనా తగ్గుముఖం పట్టింది. ఊరికే వచ్చిన ఆ డబ్బుని జనం రకరకాలుగా ఖర్చు చేసారు. కొందరు వ్యాపారులైతే దొంగ లెక్కలు చెప్పి ప్రభుత్వం దగ్గర డబ్బులు దోచి ఇళ్లు కొనుక్కున్నారు. అనుకున్నట్టే ద్రవ్యోల్బణం కోరలు చాపి అన్ని ధరలు పెంచేసింది. ఇళ్ల రేట్లైతే అమాంతం పెరిగాయి. ఇంధనం ధరలు ఉవ్వెత్తున ఎగిసాయి. నిత్యావసరాలు కూడా రేట్లందుకున్నాయి. ఫలితంగా డాలర్ రేటు తగ్గాలి. కానీ పెరుగుతూ వస్తోంది. ప్రపంచంలోని అన్ని కరెన్సీలూ డాలరు ముందు నేలకంటుతున్నాయి. ఎందుచేతనంటే వడ్డీ రేట్లను దాదాపు మూడు రెట్లు పెంచేసి అమెరికా తన డాలరుని పదిలంగా పెట్టుకుంది. ఈ మార్గాన్ని ముందుగా దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకునే లాక్డౌన్ల టైములో జనానికి డబ్బు పంచిందన్నమాట. ద్రవ్యోల్బణం తప్పకపోయినా డాలరు విలువ పడకుండా నిలబెట్టుకుంది. ప్రపంచ విపణి మొత్తం డాలరుతోనే జరగడం, వడ్డీ రేట్లు పెరగడంతో అధికమొత్తాల్లో ప్రపంచ కరెన్సీలు చెల్లించాల్సి రావడం మొదలైన కారణాల వల్ల అన్ని దేశాల కరెన్సీలు డాలరు మీద బలహీనపడుతున్నాయి. 

అయితే మిగిలిన దేశాలతో పొలిస్తే ఇండియన్ రూపీ బలంగా ఉందనే చెప్పాలి. డాలర్ తో పోలిస్తే యూరో, పౌండ్ లు ఇండియన్ రూపీ కంటే చాలా దీనంగా ఉన్నాయి. భారతదేశంలోని పటిష్టమైన ఆర్థికవ్యవస్థే ఇందుకు కారణం. 75 రూపాయలుండే డాలరు నేడు 83 కి పెరిగి ఇండియన్ రూపీ విలువని తగ్గించింది కదా అనుకోవచ్చు. కానీ ఆ మాత్రం తగ్గుదలే ఉండడం గొప్ప విషయం. ఏ మాత్రం వీక్ గా ఉన్నా ఈ పాటికే డాలరు విలువ 100 రూపాయలు దాటేసేది. దేశంలోని జీ.ఎస్.టీ వ్యవస్థ, పన్నుల వడ్డింపులు మొదలైనవి వ్యక్తులకి భారమవుతున్నా ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థని మాత్రం అవస్థల పాలు కాకుండా కాపాడుతున్నాయి. 

ఆర్.బీ.ఐ ఈ మధ్యన ఒక ప్రశ్నకి సమాధానం చెబుతూ ప్రపంచ ఆర్థికమాంద్యం ప్రభావం భారతదేశం మీద అస్సలు ఉండదని చెప్పింది. ఉంటే ఎంత శాతముండొచ్చని అడిగితే 0% అని పునరుద్ఘాటించింది. అదే నిజం కావాలని కోరుకోవడమే అమెరికాతో సంబంధం లేని భారతీయుడు కోరుకునేది. 

కానీ అమెరికాతో సంబంధం లేని ఎగువ, మధ్యతరగతి భారతీయులు ఈ కాలంలో చాలా తక్కువ. ప్రతి ఇంటి నుంచి ఒకరో ఇద్దరో అమెరికాలో స్థిరపడినవారున్నారు. కొత్తగా మొన్నీమధ్య 40000 మంది తెలుగు విద్యార్థులే అమెరికాలో ల్యాండయ్యారు. అమెరికాలో ఏ విపత్తొచ్చినా భారతదేశం కూడా నొప్పి ఫీలౌతున్న రోజులివి. డాలరు రూపాయిని మింగుతున్నా అమెరికాలో కూర్చుని డాలర్లు సంపాదిస్తున్న కొడుకుని చూస్తూ ఇండియాలో రూపాయాల్లో పెన్షన్ తీసుకుంటున్న తండ్రి ఆనందంగానే ఉంటున్నాడు తప్ప దిగులు పడట్లేదు. 

ఇప్పుడు ఇండియాలో ఆర్థికమాంద్యం ప్రభావం అస్సలు ఉండదన్న వార్త ఇస్తున్న ఆనందం కంటే అమెరికాని మరో 6-9 నెలల్లో కుదిపేయబోతోందన్న వార్తే గుబులు తెప్పిస్తోంది ఇండియాలో పలు కుటుంబాలకి. అక్కడున్న తమ వారి ఉద్యోగాలు ఏమౌతాయో, వారి ఆర్థిక పరిపుష్టత ఎలా ప్రభావితమవుతుందో అని కంగారు పడుతున్నారు పలువురు. విపత్తుని ఆపలేకపోయినా, దాని ప్రభావం తక్కువగా ఉండాలని కోరుకుందాం.

Recessaion khayam. it is these people spending which is still keeping economy going.

Significant of IT jobs - large number of high paying jobs - concentrated under relatively few employers. No other industry has this many high paying jobs this concentrated

Lawyers/doctors are not even 25% of Software develpers and they are also more spread out and serve community directly not throuogh companies. So no risk of one guy firing thousands of them.
