Atlanta or Virginia

Planning to move to Atlanta next year and buy a house. 

I currently live in DMV which has a good job market but I don't like the idea of buying single family home(with a deck and backyard) as good weather here is  for 6-7 months only(My opinion). Also for a town home price in viriginia we can manage to get a single family home in south.

My priorities

• Decent job market
• Weather
• And few good place to visit with two hours

I like to move dc area if i got gc because job market salary  growth is very high after ny and bay area

bro question, u live at N Dallas ?. Any price changes now what is reality, is it true 500-600K Homes now 900K-1M ? I think you said some time back you are purchasing 1M home..is price still same range or any correction ?
