good decision bro…

if you’re new to book reading hobby…start with simple books like less pages, easy vocabulary..etc. 

start with few pages initially…and increase the count day by day..

consistency is the king…maintain consistency…

Tried yesterday without phone for 1 hr. No book in hand, kept thoughts to myself and slipped into sleep.
