Bahamas I went in 2018 on h1b. I had Bahamas stamping but no one looked at it. Yes you need h1b visa to come back

If you have a valid visa stamping, you might need a UK visa… 

If you don’t have stamping, check for visa revalidation and you should be able to travel to Mexico and many Caribbean countries without stamping..
