Used to wear Medium body fit Tshirts 3 years ago 

then covid and marriage and kid 

now Large size loose fit shirts lo nunchi kuda potta tannuku vastondi 

 

want to start weight training 

 

Have a gym membership that I barely use and can’t afford a weight trainer at this time 

 

please suggest some app that helps to motivate, has videos that tells how to do weights and also suggestions like careful things to follow to not cramp muscle etc 

 

Want to loose fat - especially belly fat 

read some articles online saying cardio like fast walking or jogging won’t help much in fat loss and it makes us feel more tired thru out the day 

instead weights and squat exercises etc will have more impact

Try P90X or RIPT90 programs.... P90X is around $200 & RIP90 is around $40 on Amazon. you will see amazing results in 3-4 months. Start with modified versions and then try to catch up eventually. All you need is couple of dumbells (15, 20, & 25 lbs), pullup bar and yoga mat. You will feel great about yourself after 3 months and improves health, endurance and your confidence alot. All the best buddy :)

same here... around 10 kgs weight gain ayyanu ,chinna surgery ayyindi , so weight gain ayyanu,next covid kids , only iddarame ,so time ledu appudu ..no i have time some time

last 1 month nundi afternoon naaku nachina food thintanu , evng just chicken breast / 4 eggs / sprouts with fruits and buttermilk taaguthunna..

no sweets, tea lekunda vundalenu so mrng evng oka tea anthe ...friday 2 / 3 pegs

my luch time 11-12 , dinner 6-7 ..

ee month lo 3 kgs thagganu...

last week nundi 10k steps start chesa, mrng normal tea ni macha tea tho replace chesa only mrng ...choodali next month lo weight

Can’t 

just diet ante it’s not helping because I diet for 2-3 weeks and get tempted for a piece of cake 

most articles online say u start work out first and can restrict diet after your body starts adjusting to workout and schedule

Healthy eating, watching calories, and consistency is the key. Gym lo group exercises untay... avi try cheyyu. Starting lo edupu vastadi but alvatu aypothadi. Mana mind set ki motivation laanti apps kastame...... you hit the gym and start.

Kid ki kooda akkade day care type lo untay .... take the kid as well or else split with spouse... okko time lo okkollu vellandi. 

Personal trainers India nundi kooda train chestaru in case if you are interested. Naaku contact info ledu but I remember someone in my relatives told that a long time ago. Vallu video call lo chepistaru exercises.... apartment lo kastam ... jumping etc untay. 

If your gym doesn't have group exercises.... search for the one that has group classes and take membership, its worth it.
