This - 

actually 85% is calorie intake. 

reduce to 2 meals - avoid all whites as much as possible (sugar - eliminate, rice, salt, dairy). 

weight exercises >>> cardio for losing weight

i downloaded it long time ago in torrents. 

 pick something simple routine with weights you are comfortable and follow something like this

 

also house lo  squats, lunges, pushups , pullups with a bar, burpees etc cheyocchu. don't always have to go to a gym

FYI

3)exercise is only 10-15% of the Health syllabus 

1) 80% is Diet 

and

2) 10% is genetics and body mechanisms .

you will pass the health exam with distinction only if you focus on 1 and 2 chapters.

3 is important but not compulsory to pass the test ! Normal walking and doing your chores will also take care of chapter 3 part. 
but 1 & 2 are very important. 

 

DON’T

 cut your calories and don’t increase your exercise. Both will kill you literally 

coz calories are not the reason for your weight gain.

its your sugar intake and insulin levels. Control those

Here is my 2 cents . I don't have under belly but I have a sweet tooth ( I am working on it ). I go to gym 5 days a week .

Mana pillalini panikinalina classes annitlo join chestham, vallaki health ani organic eggs , organic berries kontam . Pellam bangaram kavalante ok antam. Cant we afford 100-200 a month for gym membership . Nuvvu oka sariki India tickets anthaki yearly membership vasthadhi.

The only HIIT you can do at home is running or cycling . You should be lifting some weights along with cardio which is very hard to do at home as you may not do on proper form or loose focus after 10 mins 

Advise : find a cross fit and get a monthly membership. Kastam aina one month chey, you will love it .

Spend 200 bucks for you man , building lu, bolero lu katti em chesthai sugar , bp tho 40 kottaka..
