GLC vs X3

Looking into GLC vs X3 to buy one.

any suggestions between these 2?

Had in the same scenario. I choose GLC due to maintenance cost, durability, pricing considering add-ons that I needed. In Jan 2020.

Drive aithe definitely X3 that too xDrive aithene. xDrive lekunda BMW konadam waste ani naa feeling.

drive ki BMW and lopala looks/tech/features wise Merc....not that BMW cannot match, but recent ga test drive chesa both. 

one thing i'm not sure is space...trunk space and 2nd row lo edi more space/comfy correct ga cheppalenu.

I had both - 2020 X3 and 2021 GLC

Driving experience:

X3 >> GLC

X3 is sportier than GLC

Smooth ride:

GLC >>> X3

GLC is like a moving sofa!

Gas Mileage:

X3 > GLC, by 2-3 miles per gallon

Oil Changes:

3 yrs free for X3.

~$1200 for GLC for 3 yrs

Seating Comfort:

GLC >>>> X3

I got severe backpain after going for a long road trip on X3. Had to visit a doctor and a chiropractor. Had to start using some cushion on the seat for drives longer than 2 hours.

Never had any such issues with GLC. No extra cushion required.

Trunk Space:

X3 > GLC

Rear leg room:

GLC > X3

Build Quality:

GLC >>> X3

My X3's driver door was not closing unless it was pushed really really hard. BMW service center could not fix it.

Speakers were not fit properly on the driver door. They replaced it for free.

Came with too many scratches.

Interiors/quality:

GLC >>> X3

Luxury Feel/Status symbol:

GLC >>>>> X3

I noticed that people turn their heads when I park GLC, but not so much when I park X3.

Repairs cost:

Benz might cost less for repairs than X3

Navigation:

Free (for 4 yrs?) for X3. Paid for GLC

Front and Side View:

Subjective, but GLC looks better 

Rear view: 

Subjective, but X3 looks better.

Software:

GLC >> X3.

X3 crash prevention software was so buggy. It applied sudden brakes on its own when I was driving at 70 mph on a freeway on a mountain. Glad that it did not crash into something or rollover and fall into some valley.

X3's digital speedometer showed kmph instead of mph. The setting can be changed but it gets reset after every Engine Restart.

Sound System:

For the base versions, I found X3 speakers to be better than GLC's speakers. If you opt for high-end speakers, GLC might be better.

Safety:

GLC has so many working safety features that don't exist in X3. They are/will be really useful to prevent accidents and injuries.

I like GLC better overall, for the money spent. If you go for a fully loaded version, there are even more awesome features available on GLC.

Bhayya using BMW 535i Xdrive. thinking to change car as it is closing to 10 years. Monna evvado KIA telluride ante velli test drive chesa. Gas medha thokkutunde adi oka 3 sec ki respond avutundi. So thinking to go to GLE 450 just to try Benz this time as I am bored with BMW UI software. What is your opinion on 2023 GLE 450 4Matic SUV

GLE is one level above GLC, both size wise and luxury wise. Dealer Markup ekkuva undochu! Heard a few months ago that some dealers were asking for 10k-15k above MSRP.

Gas Mileage would be worse than GLC. Parking may feel tight in some places.

You can go for GLS instead GLE 450. Price wise 10k difference

As @kran bhayya told GLE it self feels little big ga bro. GLS ante enka peddha ga vuntundi. More over GLE shape baga nachindi bro than GLS

Unable to decide between GLE 350 and Q7.

getting GLE 2023 for 67k fully loaded with AMG pack. MSRP 75k but getting discount with MB friends and family. Q7 2022 premium plus 55 with executive package getting for 69k. MSRP 71.5

For extra 10k you get better value. Any reason why you looking 450 instead of 350?

5 series sedan lone twin turbo I6 engine vaddanu ga bro so eppudu comparatively size lo SUV peddadi ga bro so mari I-6 kuda lekapothe ela ani Psychology feeling. But just looking for the smae or better engin power what I am using.
