FT/part time Real estate job or double IT jobs

These days majority of folks who got GC /EAD going towards a real estate sales person in their state but it all depends on how many transactions you make as sales agent... 1 month lo zero or sometimes 3... its on off salary 

multiple jobs ante standard income 9-5 , no worry on salary on off...

Just want to know other people thought process on this... become real estate sales agent or do multiple IT jobs..

Real-estate agents just edo friends ki manaki transactions chesukovadaniki ok bro too much competition,  online lo kuda course pedthe you will get license malli you need to tie up with some big guys like kellerwilliams, etc unless volume unte Tappa manaki set avadam chala kastam

Loan officers , realestatgents baga chala baddaru they made huge money during post pandemic chala mandhi cheptunaru no income ani

My friend made 2M 2021/2022 till today on real estate

Work for big companies bro they take 0.5% and rest 2.5% yours

If you represent seller max 4.5% (2.5% for buyer 2% representing seller agent)(Home prices being higher margin high)

Still 1% profit, I say minimum profit 1% for 1M you get 10K, you sell min 15 a year means 150K

Last 2 years exception I know but most desis in real estate sold like 30/40 bro min 10-15 is very much doable when you work with big companies
