It's at least 20%  - gone are the cases where you can get loans for 5% ...

Also, many of these owners have multiple incomes, made money in stocks or crypto, or buying a bigger home after selling old one at top of the market. 

Most are moving from west coast with fat bonuses and stock options ...

Even in 2008, very few of Desi families were impacted compared to others. Our saving ratio and money mgmt is a lot better than others.
