Salaries thakkuvaaa undiii company lo workload undadaaamm oka reason undochhu anna. Are these both factors in correlation? 

Other reason is janalu, no longer prefers being in constant work stress all the time. Things have changed. If managers are too overwhelming, they just call it quits. I dont know your management style. So I'm just providing general perspective here. Thats it.
