typically most companies RSUs 4 years vesting period istaayi.. oka saari choosuko.. neeku 400 stocks icharu anuko for example.. four years avi vest avutaayi.. many companies do vesting every year.. so, neeku every year 100 stocks istaaru.. nowadays because of attrition many companies are not vesting annually.. instead doing it quarterly (or half yearly).. so, quarterly anuko.. neeku 25 stocks every quarter istaaru..

you own the stocks after vesting.. whether you want to sell or hold is up to you.. neeku vest ayye time ki tax kattalsi vastadi..
