neuropathy symptoms

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have burning feet and also slight burning in palms and muscle weakness.  I suspect this is peripheral neuropathy but all tests came back normal including glucose.

I have border line vitamins levels for D (35) and  B12 (425) and rest all good. Looking for some help if anyone have information or faces similar symptoms.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.. I have all tests including CT Scan, MRI and Nerve tests. I got them in India as I could not get appointment here. All reports came back normal.

I have an appointment with Neurologist in US next week. But wondering if anyone has any face similar symptoms.

If it is neuropathy usually one has burning pain , numbness in distal lower extremities.

Vitamin B 12 deficiency, diabetes mellitus , some other things could result in neuropathy.

If you had nerve tests[ EMG] done in India and if those were normal the chances of you having neuropathy is low.

I am a neurologist who treats deals with neuromuscular conditions , neuropathies, strokes but your neurologist will explain more as he can examine you in person.
