Any one used Insubuy insurance for parents

Hi I took insubuy comprehensive insurance for my parents 

my mom is sick and I just admitted her to hospital 

We got insurance all the time but never used it 

just wondering how is the payment and how easy is to get reimbursed

Hope she will feel better soon. Once you get the final bill negotiate with them. Since parents don’t have ssn, they are willing to negotiate. ATB.

Insubuy many companies untay kada man — varies by company - last time i used atlas which we never used
