India workplace conditions

Every one out of two I know who work in india has faced this kind of harassment ? I believe at this point, HR s in india are nothing but Harassment resources.

India la notice period 2-3 months kuda vuntayi…anyway, as usual it’s one side of the story….katha lo etu chusina victim ani..ayyo papam anepistundi ante ne oka pedda red flag…

They can sue her.. and she may not have the resources to fight it out.. she tarnished the company’s reputation and it is down in the dumps one way, another way to look at it is that they got a lot of publicity now..good or bad 😄
