Friends few months back closed their homes with 5% and 4.5% ARM loans.. 🙁

Last year sign chesthe, after 12-18 months ichadu.. they regret not buying a ready to move in home or an old home… It is going to cost them a lot.. poor guys 🙁

Any material thing you buy and enjoy is a depreciating asset.. even gold.. last few years is an exception though.. 

only stocks etc are supposed to be appreciating assets over a long period..
