Easy ee. U download steam engine and provide the game key while downloading game in store. It manages the download and you can open the game from steam or icon in laptop. Good thing is that steam saves the key for ur profile. So on a different laptop, you can just download it directly in ur steam engine.

that depends on how new the game is and the graphic card,RAM on your laptop/pc.   steam has nothign to do with clarity. it just manages your games ante

Steam is just a distribution platform. They host games for users to download. The game servers and clarity everything is maintained by developers. Steam doesn’t play any role in that. A game is as good as it’s developers.

They are like a shop that sells video games anthe nothing more. May be they have some exclusives i'm not sure and have deals

You can but some games are only available on steam. For example if you want to play PUBG on pc it’s available on steam only. Steam is just a distribution platform. There are many games outside steam too. Epic games is another distribution software like steam.
