Sure. It’s a defense project and without government support there is now way an Indian firm can enter into an agreement with Airbus for c-295 made in aircraft for Indian armed forces…perhaps, this deal itself is a result of government clause in acquiring these aircrafts.

Multi role combat aircraft ki kuda same rules unnai..  

Boeing and Tata Industries for F-18 Super Hornet, Factory proposed space Nagpur.

Lockheed Martin F-21 in parnership with Tata again.

Rafale , Saab, Eurofighter all trying for indian partnership with L&T, Mahindras and controversial Reliance Defence.

Wherever these factories materialize Telangana or Maharastra or Gujrat or UP... what is important is they should materialize and start production soon.. it will create employment and some advantage for India on defense lines.
