Aren’t they stealing the data and showing the ads already? Then why should someone pay 8 dollars? 
they already mentioned ads won’t go even if you pay 8 dollars.

Then Facebook is better than Twitter, nobody pays for a social media platform as they are already there earning money stealing public data

End of the day nobody subscribes for money for just a timepass social media platform for long term like Netflix etc. Once people get a better option, Twitter will be doomed

Meaning of blue tick is now changing - so even spammers will pay - 8$ is nothing to spam and make money.

For rest - if you see a news item from a blue tick, you have trust. That's broken now.

Lol… they can do it but twitter verified accounts kay $8 premium not everyone who can pay $8 gets blue tick
