Cannot afford family planning, cannot stop reproducing. Girls must get married before they turn 18. They consider children as God's blessings. Average number of kids per family is 6 across the country. Even if no education, they must get married. Even if no job or place to stay, they must produce babies. Everybody begs on the streets even if they have a job. It will be generations and centuries before they can be reformed even by IMF, UNICEF, foundations, etc. 1 Quote
