Green Card Fees

For an H1 dependent company if I am starting my GC process what is the expense..Pls give me a  break-up (Assuming that employer will not pay a single $$ for my GC process)

 

1.Labor

2. i-140

3.485 process

4.Any other step that i have missed

labour 140 company has to pay its by law ( second 140 you may pay)

 

Govt fee

Labour is nominal may be in 100 etc (not sure on recruitment cost may be nominal)

 

140 $700 (I you add premium $2500)

 

485 per applicant $1225 (wife kids etc)

 

lawyer fee

all together based on law firm for above avg 8k easy ga avutadi anukuntuna

wife and 1 india born kid...so wat will be collective expense...please tell me
