Stocks are bound to come back as earnings start picking up in the next year or so. Remember that good or bad times won't stay forever. Regression to mean is an unavoidable force in the market. Quote

That is basically my 3 month emergency , yielding close to 2 percent I have 6 month CDs in my fidelity . I may buy a car next year ,, so just saving there ..that's yielding around 3.5 percent I don't have bonds in brokerage , I have some in Roth and 401k.. If you want to buy bonds , recommend BND.. But I personally don't buy bonds in personal brokerage accounts . Most of my personal brokerage is in total market funds and tiny percentage in individual stocks Quote
