I don't understand what's this Hoopla with facing markets like Dallas facing does not matter Chinese and tamilians prefer south facing.my last home  was south facing corner lot it feched more value than neigbor East facing home which is middle of row since its not corner..unless very small market like Bloomington where only telugu people more no one else like example I am sayig ig cities Ike Dallas or Houston or Austin facing does not matter

people got these type of homes new construction ( frisco ) pre covid for 650 - 700 max..2014 home needs 1M or close to 1M..

@Thokkalee what is the approx. real worth of these type of homes.. adding inflated costs..

yeah. inka padthayi. they reduced it by 60K in 10 days after listing.

pre pandemic rates ante kashtam ankunta. maybe for old homes but not for new ones.

Well said. yeah Dallas side mana desis athi anthey... they screwed up the real estate market.. No body cares about what your house faces. it doesnt change what you have to face in life.. Its all our actions and consequences of the actions that define bad or good in life...

Seems decently priced… look at the recently sold homes price/sft…. But 850-900K ki negotiate cheyyachhu… if the buyer is desperate, he will give it for even less..
