and other full time with desi consultancy(with 3 projects) - don’t want to  lose this income if I take FT with bank.

you have to disclose if you are working at any other to be neat and clean 

so do in such a way create a company with your wife name 

and tell you are doing some services to your wife company like training, mentoring etc 

and ask that desi company to 1099 to your wife company

Already LLC open cheshina.. oka project full billing on c2c to that llc.

migilina 2 projects desi consultancy fulltime on EAD. H1 to EAD maripoya. GC vache varaku desi thone unta  bciz he is sponsor for my GC. AOS pending.

and 4th dhi FT with bank teesukovali anukontuna on EAD. Ee health insurance lu kattukoleja chasthuna bayata.
