Enduk mess. On EAD you can work as many jobs as you want but at the time of adjudicating 485 you have to submit I485J of one employer where you are doing same or similar job mentioned in your perm.

Very easy. Aak @DesiPokiri i think he also doing 3 jobs.

my case tow jobs lo no meetings. Only work no deadlines. They will open devops task and I will meet deadline for that sprint. So bindaaz. 
inka other jobs konchem stress with meetings.. but manageable
