Delay in Passport Delivery for H1

My case on CEAC shows that my visa has been "issued" since July 6 in ceac portal and it's been more than 4 months since I submitted my passport.

.Actually, I am supposed to join company in US in this month.

what do i need to do to get my passport back.

Check the CGI portal where you scheduled your appointment. Usually in that site, it shows "Your passport is ready for pickup" with in 3 days after you see the status of "Issued"

4 months??  something is fishy, you should have submitted a request after 10 days.

Send an email to the consulate for the same. Did u schedule it for pickup or courier ?

emailing them every week...but no response....selected premium delivery option but dont see any message in cgi portal
