Not unless you join the same company. chaala mandi verey job confirm ayyaka manager tho matladi layoff cheyinchukuntaru. Doesnt work all the time but it worked some of my coworkers few years back. Its is like a bonus basically

you are missing the "base pay" phrase. Base pay are low in most faang companies. its stock rsu which pushes their pay to 300-500k. So yea not great.

6-7 months ante almost 26-30 weeks. Then they should have atleast 5-7 years of service.
