BabuDEVUDU Posted November 9, 2022 Report Posted November 9, 2022 I got a H1 approved last year, this year I got laid off on August 31st. I joined a white vendor company in October 24th on W2 as I lingered for too long in the job market and not able to crack any FT interviews (oka 3 or 4 final rounds varaku Vella kani clear cheylekapoya), so I've accepted the white vendor's offer. Basically project unnanthavaraku cool, kakapothe okavela project end aithe mathram oak 4 weeks bench media pay ichi tharvatha H1 revoke chesi India ki flight book chesthadu (from what I heard from my friends) Already nenu na H1b Grace period ni August 31st nunchi Oct 24th varaku vadesa, currently H1 transfer process lo undi, but I started working for the client as receipt received. So in case future lo nenu malli grace period ni use cheskovali ante use cheskovacha, if so is it going to be again 60 days? And will I still be able to use the 60 day grace period even after white vendor revokes my H1? Konchem help cheyyandi bhaiya me valuable suggestions tho, asalke recession talks tho roju rojuki job market Mari darunamga thayaravuthundi Thanks in advance Quote
