How do i report a sexual abuse

I came across a twitter channel that was uploading rape videos. I am sure those woman were captured by gang and was raped in a jungle. Twitter ki report chesthe videos tesestharu. But i want those bastards to be punished by indian govt. Seems like they are from a north indian village or something. Ela approach avali govt ni? Aa idiots face paddayi konni videos lo.

make sure those are not movies , these days edi web series oo edi kadhoo chepadam kastam gaa undi
